- ### Where is Fundvis Headquartered ?
  
  
  
  Fundvis is headquartered at the **Luxembourg House of Financial Technology (LHoFT)**: *9 Rue du Laboratoire, 1911 Luxembourg*
- ### Where is the data stored?
  
  
  
  We offer a 22/806 and DORA compliant **EU-only hosting** with servers in **Frankfurt, Brussels, Paris** (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and **physically in Luxembourg** via **DEEP/POST Group** to meet the highest compliance and security standards. We operate as SaaS with a technical setup focused on maximum data privacy and security.
- ### Is Fundvis only for Funds?
  
  
  
  **No. Fundvis serves the entire financial industry.**  
  While it excels at supporting fund-related workflows, Fundvis is designed to streamline operations across a wide range of financial entities and structures. Our client base includes banks, insurance companies, management companies, AIFMs, law firms, and private equity firms. Fundvis is built to automate repetitive, manual procedures across the financial sector as a whole, enabling greater efficiency, transparency, and control.
- ### Who can use Fundvis?
  
  
  
  Any stakeholder and department involved in the onboarding, monitoring and reporting of coutnerparties (e.g., procurement, managed services, compliance, IT, legal, admins, counterparties). The platform is a **collaboration hub**: invite your network to collect data, interact, and work in one place. Fundvis is designed for a wide range of regulated and operational stakeholders, including:
  
    - Management companies (ManCos)
    - AIFMs
    - Banks & PSF entities
    - Insurance companies
    - Investment funds
    - Delegates & service providers
    - Group structures overseeing multiple entities
- ### Can the Fundvis solution be used outside of Luxembourg?
  
  
  
  Yes. Our cloud SaaS platform and not limited to Luxembourg; it addresses EU-wide frameworks (e.g., DORA, GDPR, NIS) and also local regulation.
- ### Is Fundvis integratable with other Applications?
  
  
  
  Yes. We provide **API connectivity** to link with other apps/databases. Examples include **DocuSign**, **LuxTrust**, **CSSF eDesk**, and many more.
- ### Is Fundvis compliant with EU and Luxembourg regulations?
  
  
  
  **Yes. Our compliance and security framework is fully aligned with Cloud Outsourcing Regulation 22/806 and DORA.**  
   We apply strict security controls, including SSO (Google/Microsoft), mandatory 2FA, and encryption of all data at rest and in transit. Data is hosted in dedicated Tier 4 data centers within isolated server environments to ensure maximum resilience and protection.  
  As a SaaS provider under the Cloud Outsourcing Circular, our setup is engineered for high standards of data privacy, operational integrity, and regulatory compliance. We also offer dedicated modules for DORA/ICT oversight and regulatory reporting.
- ### How long does the onboarding take?
  
  
  
  **The solution comes ready with best-practice workflows out of the box.**  
   Our AI Excel Converter Agent can import your existing spreadsheets, enabling a rapid start without a heavy IT project. While timelines depend on the scope, the platform is built for fast adoption. We also provide training and agent-customization services; this is a collaborative process where the defined scope determines the delivery timeframe.
