# Sales & Business Developer- Luxembourg 

#### About the role: 

- Location: Luxembourg
- Contract: Full-Time, On-site/ Hybrid
- Start Date: As soon as Possible
- Language: English required, French or another EU language is a plus.
- Seniority: Senior Level

Ready to join a dynamic team in Luxembourg and shape the future of finance? We’re looking for a Sales & Business Developer to drive commercial growth and represent Fundvis in the European market. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to demos and expansion.

What You’ll Do :

### Go-to-Market & Pipeline

- Build and own segmented pipelines across Banks & Custodians, Depositary, Insurance, ManCos/AIFMs, Private Markets, Asset Management
- Run targeted outbound & partner outreach with clear ICP and persona mapping
- Prioritize high-probability deals and maintain pipeline velocity

### Discovery & Value Mapping

- Run multi-stakeholder discovery across Ops, Risk, Compliance, Depositary, AIFM Oversight, IT
- Identify operational inefficiencies: spreadsheets, scattered data, KPI tracking, incident workflows
- Map pains to Fundvis workflows (onboarding → DDQ → risk scoring → KPIs → incidents → reporting)

### Sales Execution

- Tailor demos to client needs and impact metrics
- Plan structured POCs with success criteria & decision plans
- Own proposals, pricing, negotiation, and closing

### Internal Collaboration & Forecasting

- Work closely with Product & Implementation for accurate scoping and smooth handovers
- Maintain clean CRM hygiene and reliable forecasting
- Bring structured market insights into product development

What we're looking for

- 2–3 years of experience in Managed Services, ManCo/AIFM, or consulting in oversight / compliance

- Practical understanding of third-party oversight, diligence, monitoring, regulatory guidelines

- Great communicator able to interact with multiple stakeholders

- Proven ability to own the sales cycle end-to-end

- Strong English; additional EU languages are a plus
